 Crystal singing bowls, made from the highest quality (99.99%) pure quartz crystal, are incredibly resonant. By running the mallet around the bowl with slight pressure a tone or sound is created the bowl is said to sing. It is often used with yoga classes or at the beginning and end of a meditation, for sound healing were it positively enhances the energy centers of the body. It can also be used for space clearing.
