What's the Focus for your Session?

 Our bodies needs change from day-to-day or week-to-week. Just because there was a shoulder problem two visits ago doesn't mean that is still going to be an issue on the following visit. So please tell the me what's most important for you that day so it can be the focus for that session.

About Me

 I am a middle school educator with a passion for mentorship and youth development. My journey of self discovery is one that has been influenced by purpose, the weight of social injustice, and divine timing.  Despite practicing yoga sporadically for years, it wasn’t until the solitude of quarantine that I turned to yoga for more than it’s physical benefits, and ultimately found a source of therapy. 

My Passion & Purpose

I not only established my personal practice, but have become a certified yoga instructor, and founded a non-profit organization. My initiative, Real Y.O.G.A. is intended to bring the practice to schools, in an effort to help students relate, release, and heal.

 Power Up/Divine Power  Saturdays at 10a - Kick start your Saturday morning with a spicy yoga flow to make you sweat. We’ll use the breath to move the body through various postures, combining strength, balance and agility to connect the mind, body and spirit. This intermediate to fast paced class is open to all levels without current injury or pain.



Reset & Recharge Mondays @ 6p– The day may be ending but the week is still beginning. Stay the course with an intention-based yoga class to help balance mind, body and spirit, as we use the breath to move the body in and out of various postures that build strength, balance and agility. This intermediate to fast paced class is open to all levels without current injury or pain.
