What does it feel like to be hypnotized?
A Hypnosis session can seem like a vivid daydream. The feelings are similar to what we experience while working on your computer, driving, reading a book, watching TV or a movie or daydreaming
Can I get stuck in a hypnotic trance?
It's no more possible to get stuck in hypnosis than getting stuck in a dream while you're sleeping.
How will I feel after my session?
Each person’s experience is unique, but they usually leave feeling very light, relaxed, sometimes buzzing with energy and feeling great afterwards.
Will I lose control of what I say or do during a session?
You remain in complete control & full awareness of what you are saying or doing during the session. Even though you go into an relaxed altered state, you attention is focused within yourself. You will never act against your best interests or values. You will also have the opportunity during the interview process to get to know me and to address any concerns. A rapport of mutual trust and respect are a vital part of the hypnosis process
Will I remember my session?
Most people remember thier session very well afterwards, but like a vivid dream the details quickly fade away. So, your session will be recorded as an audio recording and sent to you after. Sonia Thames retains the rights to the recording.
