Yin yoga is a period of deep stretches that are held for 1-3 minutes and promotes greater flexibility while focusing on the breath. Yin yoga also brings great peace to mind, body, and soul.
Core conditioning will assist in improving posture and alleviating lower back pain, as well as contributing to making it easier to do many physical activities.
Vinyasa & Hatha yoga flow are yoga poses that are held through several breaths. Vinyasa Flow is a fast paced flow, while Hatha yoga flow is slower. Both forms of yoga encourages breath to body movement and brings greater focus to the mind through the breath.
Shavasana is an asana in hatha yoga, often used for relaxation at the end of a session. Shavasana relaxes the whole body, releases stress, fatigue, depression and tension. Shavasana also contributes to improving concentration, calming the mind,improving mental health, stimulating blood flow, and curing insomnia.
Fusion Yoga is a variation of Vinyasa or Hatha yoga flow, core conditioning, balanceing, yin yoga stretches, breathing techniques, and shavasana.
