Major body discomfort begins at around month 6 as the baby grows within mom. Monthly massages help relieve muscle tension, leg, back, and hip pain. It eases other pregnancy discomforts like swelling, itchy skin, stretch marks, and more
If you didn't already get massages regularly before pregnancy, it's ideal to begin between 18-24 weeks and beyond.
We suggest one massage a month for month 6,7,8,9 and the 5th massage after the baby is born. This will help you recover and ease the transition back to your post baby body.
